Marvelous Monday!

Hello all! I don't know about you, but the weather today was a welcome sight for sure. I hope it is a glimpse of what is to come. The kids were so excited to go outside for recess and not freeze. I don't think they were half as excited as Mrs. Kelly and myself though.

Here is the news for this week:

Sitton Words - upon, family, later, turn, & move
Challenge Words - March, autobiography, decimal, lucky, & leprechaun
Math - Measurement (inches and centimeters)
English - Creative writing/synonyms/review of previous skills
Science - Magnets

Wednesday of this week is our Environmental Fieldstudy titled Endangered Species from 9:25 - 10:25 in the classroom.

Friday is the end of the third nine-week grading period. Report cards will come home next Thursday.

Don't forget to check out the PTSA website and calendar of events for upcoming activities at our school. We have Bingo night this week, the Ford Fun Run is coming soon, Spring Fling, etc.)

Have a great week!
